The Azerbaijani national team of female chess players has started gathering in the capital, Baku.
From the press service of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation “Report”According to the report, members of the national team – Gunay Mammadzadeh, Gulnar Mammadova, Govhar Beidullayeva, Mrs. Balacayeva and Ulviyya Fataliyeva – are participating in the 10-day training. Belarusian chess player, international master, coach Mikhail Shereshevsky, international grandmasters Nijat Mammadov, Rasul Ibrahimov, Jahangir Agarahimov and Abdulla Gadimbeyli help the national team in preparation for the World Chess Olympiad.
The gathering, which began in Baku, will conclude with a few days of preparation in Galatsi.
It should be noted that the 44th World Chess Olympiad will be held in Chennai, India. The Olympics, which will start on July 28, will end on August 10.
