The State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy will hold auctions on the privatization of state properties on August 2 and 9.
“Report” referring to the institution, it is reported that the first auction will include shares of 5 joint-stock companies, 10 small state enterprises, and the next auction will include 7 small state enterprises, 2 unfinished buildings and 17 vehicles.
The small state enterprises and facilities put up for auction belong to various sectors of the economy. Thus, among them there are cafes, auxiliary farms, shops, village clubs, warehouses, underground parking and other designated objects. The enterprises and facilities to be put up for sale are located not only in the capital Baku, but also in our regions. Another advantage is that most of these objects are privatized together with the plots of land.
The joint-stock companies that have been privatized belong to the fields of industry, agriculture, and repair. Share packages of joint-stock companies make up 30-45% of the authorized capital.
Most of the vehicles put up for auction are made in Russia and Germany. The release dates of cars cover the years 1974-2011.
