Medical Territorial Units Management Union (TABIB) has started medical examinations of families relocated to Agali village of Zangilan district.

Medical examinations related to the relocation of 41 internally displaced families (201 people) to Agalı village, which is a “Smart village” project in Zangilan region, are being conducted at the Masazır Family Health Center and Absheron District Central Hospital operating under TABIB.
Examinations are carried out within the framework of cooperation between the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs and TABIB. The main purpose of the examinations is to determine the general health conditions of the persons who will be transferred to the territories freed from occupation.
Initially, examinations of adults and children were started by family doctors (doctor-therapist and doctor-pediatrician). Biochemical laboratory analyses, ultrasound (USM), electrocardiography (ECG) and lung x-ray (fluorography) examinations of those persons are carried out. After that, TABIB will continue to examine the persons who will be transferred to the territories freed from occupation.
It should be noted that a family health center (medical center) will operate in Agalı village. At the family health center, through the tele-medicine system, blood pressure, oxygen supply, triglycerides and sugar are measured in the patient’s blood, heart rhythm, skin cover and eyeball image are obtained. The data collected from the devices is transferred to the platform with a special tablet and is used in the examination of the heart, lungs, kidneys, spleen, sputum (ear, nose, throat), dermatological diseases, as well as the thyroid and pancreas.
