A telephone conversation took place between Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Georgian Foreign Minister Iliya Darchiashvili.

According to the information provided to Report by the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgian Foreign Minister Iliya Darchiashvili condemned the attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in London on August 4 and expressed solidarity with our country.

Jeyhun Bayramov thanked his Georgian colleague for his support. He emphasized the importance of a thorough investigation of the provocation and the accountability of the responsible persons before the law, and noted that relevant work is being done by the relevant institutions of the United Kingdom.
