He also expressed his gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for their care and attention to the families of martyrs, war veterans, disabled people and veterans: “I am currently receiving a 300-manat presidential pension, and now I have been provided with an apartment. I thank President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for these conditions. I am very satisfied with our state.”

It should be noted that according to the relevant decrees signed by President Ilham Aliyev, R. Mammadov was awarded the medals “For the liberation of Fuzuli”, “For the liberation of Jabrayil”, “For the liberation of Khojaven”, “For distinction in battle” and “Participant of the Patriotic War” was done.
