FIFA has canceled its previous decision regarding the 2022 World Cup qualifying match between Brazil and Argentina.
“Report”According to the official website of the Argentine Football Federation (AFF), the suspended match will not be held again.
Also, AFF was fined 150,000 Swiss francs. Part of the amount will be transferred to the World Health Organization to support the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
It should be noted that the Brazil-Argentina game was stopped only 4 minutes after the starting whistle and the guests left the field. This happened after local police and migration service officers entered the square. They wanted to deport Emiliano Martinez, Emiliano Buendia, Lo Celso and Christian Romero. Those players entered Brazil without complying with the 10-day quarantine.
